HCP Fund
The Home Care Packages (HCP) program offers flexibility, providing support services tailored to each consumer’s needs. The HCP includes four levels of support designed to address a range of care requirements, ensuring personalised assistance for every individual.

Dementia Social Club
AHS connects seniors and those living with dementia to an inclusive Social Club, offering a safe, engaging space to socialise and stay active.
The social club also allows family members and friends to take a break and enjoy some time away from their caring roles.

Club members have plenty of activities to choose from in a safe and supportive environment. The activities are tailored to each individual and supported by well-trained dementia care staff with the specialised knowledge and skills to help people with dementia remain active and engaged.
